This is a fractional CTO role with a commercial bent. I work a set number of days each month, agreed up front, with weekly working sessions with the CEO or CFO. One person holding all the knowledge is a risk; I spread it, write it down, and make the decisions visible.
Six-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. If you want to hire a permanent leader, I help you hire one.

What is a fractional technology executive?
A senior technology leader for a fixed number of days a month. Some people call the role a fractional CTO or fractional CIO. I own the technology decisions you would expect a full-time leader to own, at a cadence your business can carry.
How long is the commitment?
Six months minimum, then 30 days' notice. Six months is enough time to set the budget, fix the vendor relationships that matter most, and give your team a working rhythm.
Does this replace hiring a permanent leader?
Not forever. If you want to hire a permanent leader, I help you define the role, run the search with you, and hand over cleanly.
How is the fee set?
A fixed monthly fee for a fixed number of days, agreed before work starts. Extra days are agreed in advance, never billed by surprise.
Start with what nobody owns.
Some clients start here. Others start with the Technology Spend and Contract Diagnostic and move to the retainer once the contracts are in order. If you sign within 60 days of a Diagnostic readout, a quarter of the Diagnostic fee is credited against it.
